Chapter twenty-one

When we met back up she seemed distant. From Downtown to Kennywood ot was quite we rarley talked. I pulled into the parking lot and looked over to her.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
She looked from me to the window then back to me. 'Great break in contact.'
"Yeah, I guess.
She turned back towards the window.
'She cant even look at me for longer then 10 seconds.'
"You guess?" I put my head against the window.
"I dont know. Kristopher." She paused. "If I ask you something wil you be truthfully honesty?" She turned in her seat.
"Yes." I did the same.
"Are we still going to make this work even with me gone?" She stared hard at me.
"I...." I stuttered. "I Want to try."
She looked very sad, I saw a tear run down her cheek. I got out of the car and walked around to her side. I opened the door and brought her into my arms.
"We dont have to stay here..." I kissed her forehead.
"I want to stay." She smiled.
"Okay." I wiped her remaining tears. "Well lets go then.
She linked her fingers with mine as we walked towards the gates.
Kennywood here we come.
"I cant believe you have never been here." I laughed.
"I know. Me two. Like my friends would come up here. But I never went with them." She laughed as we walked towards the Phantom.
"Well this place is awesome. An Wait till you go on this coaster." I smirked.
"Which one is it." She asked.
"The phantoms revenge." I smirked.
"Wait! Isnt that the one that like crosses tracks with the other coaster?" She stopped dead in her tracks.
"Yup." I grabbed her hand pulling her in closer. "You will be fine."
"Alright. I trust you."
I couldnt help but smile at that. She trust me that just made my day alone. Let alone that fact that we are going to have the best times tonight.
When they told me to take my hat off I got really scared. I didnt think anyone noticed me yet, but i knew they would then. I mean my hair alone is what they love the most.
Ciera:
Kris basically dragged me up the stairs to the top of the phantom. I was scared half to death. A track that basically crosses another. I could get my head chopped off. I need my head in modeling! When we were about to get on the ride the people that were running it asked him to take his hat off. Kris pleaded with them saying hed just take if off once we got to the top of the hill and hold it but they said it was policy. As soon as he did his gorgeous looks came down across his face and the girls in front of us screamed. "KRIS LETANG! OMG KRIS LETANG IS RIDING WITH US!!!!"
I knew then why he was so nervous to take it off. I also knew that he wasnt aloud to say anything, So i did.
"Excuse me. Dont the rules say to stay turned around in your seat and stay seated!!!" I looked to the two girls. They slowly turned around and decided the pictures would look better if they took it from in the front and having him behind them.
"I knew this would happen" He whipsered as we trudged up the hill.
As soon as we hit the top, Kris grabbed my hand tight and I closed my eyes.
After the ride was over and my near death experience, the coaster was actually pretty fun! We decided to head over to the exterminator with the help of some escourts because of the few people that were following us around.

chapter twenty

Kris:

I had planned it out PERFECT! I'd take her to Kennywood. Then we would head to the Line. Eat dinner up there, ride back down. Then finally end up in the hot tub at my house with champagne. When we got to the hotel the girls decided they wanted to go shopping. They would met us in about 2 hours. That gave me enough time to get everything ready.

Ciera:

Kris didnt talk much on the ride back to the hoetl . He just kind of stared of into his own little world. Kylee and I had wanted to go shopping on the strip since we get here. It had been a while since either of us had shopped there.

"So Ky, and specifics?"

"Nope. I say we hit them all!!!"

"Sounds good to me."

It was kind of hard finding a place to park the truck that wasnt in the middle of nowhere. But of course we managed. As we were walking down the street I turned to her.

"Ky. Did Kris seem, I dont know Weird today?"

"Yeah. A little. But he is probally just upset that you are leaving. Yah know?!"

"Yeah. I guess."

"You guys have spent so much time together."

"I know. It is just so easy and fun to be around him." I smiled. "Unlike the other guys I have been with. I feel like I dont need to put up a front."

"Yeah. Looks like someone is in LOVE!"She emphasized the 'L' word.

"I....I dont know."

"I think you do know. You just dont want to admit it."

"Maybe." I smirked.

This was going to be a long 2 hours. It was already weird not having him with me. As we finsihed up one side of the street we decided it would be a good time for a lunch.snack break. Shopping the way Kylee does can really take a toll. We wondered into this resturant and sat down at the window table.

"Ky, are you and Max going to try and stay together?"

"Ummm....We havent really talked about it. But I doubt it. As much as we both like each other its just not something that either of us do." She smiled. "Yah know. It's just a fling. It probally wouldn't last anyways."

When she said 'fling' my mind set off to the reaces. I started thinking maybe that was all Kris and I's relationship was.

"What are you thinking about?" She asked.

"Oh nothing?" I replied nonchantly.

"Yah. Okay. It's not the same for you an Kris. It's diffrent."

"I dont know." I gazed off staring at the people walking around.

"You arent. Girl, I'd tell you. Believe me. Your my BFF. I wouldnt lie to you!"

chapter nineteen.

When Kris got out of the shower he noticed the little sticky note attached to the TV and read it out loud.
"Deluca's in a half an hour." He smiled. " You are going to love this place."
"Oh am I really?" She walked into the room in a just a towel.
"Yes. It is the best place to go for breakfast." I pulled her into a hug.
"good cause I am Starving! By the way how are you feeling?"
"Oh from last night?" I looked in the mirror. "I feel pretty good."
"Well then the Advil and water did it's job then didnt it."
"Yeah. Thanks for that. You are a life savor."
Once all four of us were ready we headed out.
Sitting there I started to get even more sad then I was before. She was leaving, going back home. Probally get some calls from agencies, that want her to move half way across the country or something. I could never see her again. What if I never see her again?! The would be one of the most terrible things that has happened to me since Luc. My career is great, family and friends, I mean come on I just won the STANLEY FREAKING CUP and now I am about to lose the girl I think I am in love with. No I dont think I am in love. I KNOW I am. Shit. I need to tell her. I need to plan something amazing for tonight. Romantic, funa dn just plain out awesome. So that I can tell her how I really feel about her. So maybe she will decide to move up here, or at least not move away from where she lives now in Ohio.
Ciera:
I looked over to Kris while we were sitting there waiting for our food. He is just amazing. How the hell did I manage to find a guy that is sweet and cares so much about the little things rather then the big picture. Not to mention, Isnt about sex ALL the time. That is hard to find now a days. Plus as an extra bonus he understand my career, the things that go along with it and the problems that can arise. Honestly it is just like his. Flying off to places for a night to do what you need then either back home or off to another place for a day or two.
"Kris." I smiled.
It took him a few seconds to answer, he must have been thinking just as I had been.
"When I leave are you still going to come visit me and want me to visit you?"
"Yes. I want to talk to you everyday. An see you whenever are schedules permit."
"Okay."
"Why?"
"I was just checking." I smiled then kissed him causing him to smile.
"Awhh arent you two the cutest things I ever seen." Max faked a girly voice. Which he was quite good at may I add.
"Shut up dude. I could say the same to you. But I wont. Because you arent as cute as us!" Kris smiled. "But I will say this..First girl to TAME THE MAX TALBOT!"
Max smirked. "Yeah, Ill admit it. She makes me not want to be a manwhore anymore. She just does something to me."
"Awhh Maxie is whipped." Kris smiled.
"It is cause Ky is the same person you are just female." I laughed.
After a very good lunch we drove back to the hotel so we could drop Max off at his car then I was going to take her to have the time of her life...An where is the best place in
Pittsburgh for that?!.....

chapter eighteen

Mario's house is just amazing! Natalie was the first to welcome us in as she esscorted us to the pool area. When we walked out on the deck we went out seperate ways. The girls kept offering me something to drink, but sadly I had to decline everytime. I knew Kris would be drinking and I would be the DD, for anyone that needed it. Around 1 am the guys started to dissperse. Kris came up and gave me the keys, asked if I would drive Geno and Oksana home before taking him home. After we dropped them off I stopped at the nearest store to pick up so water and Aspirin for Kristopher before he dosed off. I pulled up to his house and helped him inside.

"Are you going to be okay?"

"Yeah, Go stay with the girls tonight."

"Call me if you need anything at anytime. I will be over here as fast as I can."

"Alright, bye."

"Bye."

I locked the doors and turned on the alarm system before heading out the door. I switched over to my truck, leaving his for him if he needed it. I arrived at the hotel a little around 2am. The only ones there were Kylee and Max. I walked into my room slipped on a pair of shorts and a tank top before crawling into bed.

Kris POV

I woke up around 3:30am, looked around the room but she wasnt there. I tried really hard to remember what had happened. Then it came to me, She had gone to the hotel. I got up grabbed my phone, a water, and my keys before heading to the truck. At the hotel I knocked on the door and instead of her or one of the girls answering it was Max.

"What are you doing here man?"
"Ciera is here right?"

"Yeah. In her room."

"Okay then."

I walked back and slowly opened the doortrying not to wake her up. I slipped off my shoes, jeans, and shirt then climbed in on the other side of the bed. When I wrapped my arms around her she began to stir.

"damm." I mumbled.

"Kris?" She whipped her eyes.

"I'm sorry for waking you up. I woke up and couldnt go back to sleep."

"It is okay."

"Alright, I love you."

"I love you to Kris."

We both drifted of to sleep.

Kris was woken up to Max staring at them, he seemed very unsure of how Kris got there, he just stared till one of them decided to talk.

"What?" Kris said.

"When you get here?"

"Like 4am. You let me in!"

"I did?"

"Yeah?"

"Oh shit?"

"what?"

"I dont even remember that."

"Well go back to Kylee, Im trying to sleep."

"Alright."

Max walked back out of the room very confused when Ciera woke up.
"Kristopher?" She looked at him confused.

"Yes."

"Why did you decide to come over last night?"

"I dont know. I couldnt sleep. I wanted to be with you."

"Why didnt you just have me stay?"

"I dont know."

"I cant believe you drove here."

"Why?"

"You were out of it last night."

"Yeah, but the aspirin and water helped. An then I slept for like a hour. I was fine."

"Oh Okay."

"So do you remember when you got here?"

"Yeah."

"So you remember saying I love you?"

"yes. Which reminds me.. I love you." Kris smiled.

"hahah I love you to Kristopher." She kissed him. "Im going to get a shower."

"Can I join?" He asked.

"umm I dont know." She gave him a seductive look.

"I take that as a yes." He followed her into the bathroom.

Max had just woke up Kylee when he crawled back into bed.

"what are you doing up?"

"I went to get a water, and saw Kris's keys laying on the counter, So i walked back to Ciera's room. An sure enough there was Kris."

"When did he get here?"

"He said I let him in around 4am."

"Wow. An you dont remember?"

"No not at all."

"What were you even doing up at four?"

"I honestly couldnt tell you." he laughed. "So you up for breakfast?"

"Yeah. Sounds great." She smiled.

"Deluca's?"

"Never been."

"Really? Well Im going to go see if Kris is still up an see if they want to join us."

"Okay. Im going to jump in the shower."

"Awhh wait for me." Max cried. "We have to save water for the animals."

"Better hurry up then."

He took off towards the back room.

"Kris?"

He heard the shower.

He grabbed the note pad next to the bed, and wrote 'Deluca's? half hour'. Max pressed the sticky part against the TV and ran back to Kylee's room.

Chapter seventeen

Hey guys sorry for lacking of updates. All stories were updated:] An i will update again before the 4th. Pens are tied right now,Kris Letang just got into it. An they are kind of distracting me so I had to read this like 20592 times to try and get it right. An sorry it is so short.-ciera.

Ciera's POV

Looking at him sitting across from me just blew me away. He looked like electric sex for some reason I couldnt take my eyes off of him. A couple of times I had to stop and make sure that I was still breathing. He had this odd power off talking my breath away at the weirdest times.

He kicked me out of my day dream.

"So you ready to go babe?"

"Babe?" I laughed. "yeah lets go."

I took one last look around and made a mental note to tell the girls all about this place. Walking outside I felt the cold wind whisper and wipe across my shoulder. Kris being the gentlemen he is wrapped his arms around my shoulders and warmed me up.

"thanks" I smiled.

"so i'm really going to miss you telling me off for doing these things for you when you go back to Ohio."

He grabbed one of his hoodies out of the back of the car and threw it at me then once again opening the door for me.

"Im going to miss you to Kris." I kissed him hoping he would indeed loning it; which he did to my delight.

"So you up for a party tonight?"

"Who's?"

"Mario."

"Oh..um..ok."

"The girl will be there!" He smiled.

"Alright."

He laughed. "Your a goof."

"I know." I punched him in the arm.

He took me back to the hotel to get ready. I swear he never leaves my side. I walked into my surprise to find the girls all there.

"Well finally." Kelsey laughed.

"Hey guys."

"Where you been."Kylee asked.

"Where do you think?"

"You and Kris are ALWAYS together."

"I know. But it is so damm cute."

"So you really like him huh." Jess smiled.

I Saw Kris walking in his face turning a shade of bright red.

"Yeah I do." He laughed.

"Ah thanks." He kissed me.

"Thanks."

"Yeah ah to you thanks to her."

"Why?"

"Because I didnt have to ask her. An I think it is obvious that Im to shy for that." His face turned red again.

I couldnt help but laugh it was just so damm cute.

About a half hour later.....

"So you guys going to the party?"

"Yupp."

"Well I guess we will see you there then."

"Yeah. Bye." They all chimmed together.

We headed over to Kris's so he could get ready since he didnt want to leave me.

"So what are you going to do when I do go back. You will need someone else to entertain you."

"Yeah, Yeah, I know. Gotta find a replacement."

"Oh I see how it is."

"Im just kidding."

We finally made it to Mario's elaberant home. It was gorgeous, Huge, and just flat out amazing. The Preetiest house I have ever seen, I couldnt believe my eyes.

"wow." Was the only thing that came out of my mouth as it hung open.

"It's amazing isnt it."

"yeah it is."

"Would you prehaps like to see the inside?" He laughed.

"oh yeah..Umm Yes." I smirked.

chapter sixteen

Kris POV
Later at the arena Ciera dissappeared an I just kind of figured that she was with the girls since they all vanished to. I walked over to the guys who must have heard about this morning because they all were hollering and giving me high fives as i walked closer.
"Come on guys.Really?" I looked at Max and Jordan.
"Could'nt resist." They chuckled.

Cieras POV
When we finally reached the arena I found Vero and some of the other girls and headed in to the lounge with them. It was my first time in there so of course I had to stop and look at EVERYTHING! We sat there for a good while talking about the guys and everything under the sun. Untill someone asked if I was riding in the parade. I didnt know what to say at first but then I just shrugged.
"Did he ask you?" Vero asked.
"Yeah. But I am not sure that I am ready for the glares and press and all that stuff. Yah know."
"Yes, I totally understand and agree. But if your gonna stay with him you are gonna get it sometime. But then again you did just met like 5 days ago so it really wouldnt be good to put you out there like that and then something happen to the two of you." They all nodded in agreement.
"Yeah but Kris really wants me to. He had been dropping hints all weekend. An he had a death grip on the steering wheel when he asked me."
They all laughed and awhed.
"well I mean it really is your choice. If you dont want to deal with the press right now you can have the guys and Anne tell them to leave you alone. That you dont have any comments at this time or something."
"Yeah, I forgot you'd be riding with me. I wont let them get to you if you want to ride with him. And that gives me someone to talk to. You'll be fine with Hal and Kris both in there with you." Anne smiled.
"I think Im going to go then. I cant keep you up there by your self." I smiled as everyone clapped in excitement.

About five minutes later the guys all came down.
"Hey. So what is your desicion?" Kris asked.
"well me an the girls were talking and im going to ride with you."
The biggest smile came across his face. Ear to Ear type of smile! He picked me up, kissed me, and started spinning me around in circles.
"yes I knew that you would I didnt think that you would tell me no!"
"Well I almost did but Anne changed my mind." I smiled over to her.
Kris gave her a thumbs up as Hal and Anne just laughed.

Not long after that they were calling us up to by trucks to get in and get lined up. Kris seemed really excited along with along with the rest of the guys but something seemed diffrent about him. But It was so funny watching him jumo around like a little kid waiting for candy to fall out of a pinata. The boys all raised and kissed the cup as they sent it down the line of trucks from Tyler Kennedy and Miroslov Satan in the front to Marc-Andre and Sidney in the back.
Anne and I sat on the back while the kids and the guys were up towards the front of the bed. She filmed the hole trip for Hal. The kids each came back and left a little message for there daddy It was SO CUTE!

Kris POV
I would look back on ocassions just to look at her face, I dont think she knew what she was getting into. Shoot even all the fans surprised me I cant even imagine what she is thinking. Half way through the parade I asked her to come stand by me so I could talk to her we were standing in the middle of the back of the truck bed so the kids could be with there daddy which they were very thank ful for.
"This is crazy" She said as I helped her get to me.
"I know you glad that you came with me?"
"Yeah most defidently." She smiled "I love to see it from your point of view."
"Yeah. Its cool huh?"
"Very."

As we made it to the stage Hal and I jumped out heloing the kids out an then the girls.
Many people 'awhed' as we walked by I had grabbed her hand because she seemed a tad bit nervous. I only let go because I had to otherwise she would have been with me the hole time.
I watched her the whole time I was up there. I was glad that Vero had taken her in as a friend and I loved the way that she acted with the kids helping all the moms watch over them and paly with them.

After the parade a couple of the guys were headed to Grille 36 but I had some other plans in mind.
"That was so cute standing up there watching you flirt with Max and Jordan." She laughed.
"What, Nah I only flirt with pretty girls. Even thought they are girls they arent very pretty." I joked.
"So mean." she laughed.
We headed over to the North Shore at this little Italian resturant that I have been to a couple of times bymyself and sometimes with Sidney. It is by far his favorite place.
"Awh this is so cute." she said as we pulled up.
"Wait untill you get inside." i smiled.
I ran around to get her door. She laughed as always.
"Everytime I try and be nice an what do you do? Laugh at me!"
"sorry." She smiled am kissed me on the cheek.
"Almost forgiven." She smiled and kissed me again. This time I made it last longer by moving my tounge against her bottom lip asking for entery when she finally allowed me I got shivers down my back. After what seemed like forever I kissed her one more time before moving away."Okay forgiven."
I wrapped my arm around her waist and lead her in to the resturant.

It is kind of crazy how fast and how hard I had fallen for her. How close we have gotten these past couple days how everything would just seem lost with out her in my life.

As we walked inside the little Italian man that owns the place an is ther 24/7 walked up to seat us with a smile on his face. He talked with a think accent that just brought a bigger smile to her face. I could tell that she loved it an she hasnt even tried the food yet. Once we sat down she looked around at everything like I had down the first time I was her then she turned and looked at me.
"This is amazing and SO cute." She smiled.
"Yeah I know."
"There's not many people here. Why did everyone go to the grille instead of coming here? This is better by a long shot."
"Yes. Finally someone agrees with me on that. I tell them that all the time. but Vero has been the only one that has EVER been her with Marc before. Sidney brings girls sometimes. But other than that noone has brought them here."
Are conversation continued on about everything and anything that came to mind. Conversation was so easy between us. Usually Im the one that has troubles talking to girls.
